Barrett Cramer

Barrett Cramer began his fire service career at small rural fire department in 1996 before joining a large metropolitan department in 1998.  Chief Cramer promoted through the ranks quickly and spent 16 years as a Captain before promoting the rank of District Chief in 2020.  He spent most of his career on busy engine companies in areas that built invaluable experience.  Barrett became the Chief of Training in 2020 where he challenged the norms and implemented new officer development classes for each rank, challenged norms for company drills, built training challenges to test members of the department and find weaknesses, and lead the largest academy class through the Tulsa Fire Academy.  He is currently a District Chief in the field growing one of the most progressive districts in the city.  Chief Cramer believes you should always challenge the status quo, think outside the box, and work to find ways to do it better.

Brody Bowman

Captain Bowman worked as a volunteer for two years before joining a large metropolitan department for the last 14.  Brody worked for some of the best members on the department at the stations that will give you repetitions before promoting after 9 years to the rank of Captain where he has taken over one of the most prestigious stations in the city.  He has a lot of fire experience and has built some amazing companies.  He is a true grit firefighter and is in his prime as a Captain.  Not like the others on this podcast, Brody has a lot of tread left on the tire and wants to make the fire service better.  He teaches leadership at our officer classes and is one of our live burn instructors.  Captain Bowman gives the podcast a great perspective and different angle of information.

Chad Meyer

Captain Chad Meyer is a seasoned fire service professional with over 20 years of dedicated service. A proud Osage cowboy with deep roots and a mustache so legendary it practically has its own zip code, Captain Meyer brings grit, heart, and humor to everything he does. He began his fire service career as a volunteer in 1995 and joined a small rural department in 1999 and has been proudly serving a large metropolitan department since 2004.  He promoted through the ranks quickly and has been a Captain for 14 years at some of the most demanding stations in the city.  Chad also served the training center for 4 years developing capable, confident fire service professionals, some of whom immortalized him with a personal tattoo.  Known for his no-nonsense leadership and steady presence under pressure, Captain Meyer has earned the trust of his peers and mentoring the next generation of firefighters. He embodies the values of integrity, service, and community.

Paul Fieker

Captain Paul Fieker began his fire service career in 1998 with a major metropolitan fire department.  Over the years, he steadily rose through the rank earning the rank of Captain in 2007.  He spent most of his career in one of the largest industrial areas in the city gaining critical experience in commercial and industrial fires.  Captain Fieker was called upon to put two new companies in service in different parts of town and has built some of the most competent and close companies around by being dedicated to the growth and readiness of his members.  Paul believes in aggressiveness, being prepared, thinking outside the box, and challenging the norms to be better.  Don't let his Katie Couric haircut fool you!  He is a man of men and will gain your respect when you first meet him.
